Thank you for shopping with SnoozeBuddy™. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (including weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Estimated Delivery Times (South Africa)

Standard Shipping: 8 to 13 business days
Delivery dates are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs clearance, peak holiday seasons, or courier delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: economy30, standard-R50, express70/ FREE on orders over R400]
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier portal.

Track your package anytime directly on our website at snoozebuddy.co or using the link provided in your email.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

SnoozeBuddy™ is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order upon arrival in South Africa.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of us (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address, postal code, and phone number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at Furgrip2024@gmail.com before your order is dispatched.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at Furgrip2024@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
